Cancellation Policy

 This Beach Wedding Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date], by and between:

for wedding services to be provided under the terms below.

1. EVENT DETAILS
Ceremony Date: [Date]
Ceremony Time: [Time]

Estimated Guest Count: [Number]

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Company agrees to provide the following beach wedding services:

• Wedding officiant
• Ceremony coordination
• Basic ceremony setup (as applicable to selected package)
• Personalized ceremony script (optional/simple)

No reception services are included unless stated in writing.

3. FEES & PAYMENT
Total Fee: $(see package for details)
Deposit: $(see package for details) due at booking to reserve the date.
Balance Due: No later than 7 days before the ceremony

All deposits are non-refundable. Dates are not secured until payment is received.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Client cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the ceremony, full payment may be required.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

5. WEATHER & ACTS OF NATURE
Beach weddings are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather (high winds, lightning, storms), the Company reserves the right to delay, relocate nearby if permitted, or reschedule the ceremony. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions beyond the Company’s control.

6. BEACH RULES & PERMITS
Client acknowledges that beach weddings may require permits or adherence to local regulations. Marry Me Myrtle Beach will retain any permits related to the location of the ceremony. Client is responsible for following all local beach rules and ordinances.

7. LIABILITY
The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal items, guest behavior, third-party services, public beach interference, tides, or delays caused by weather or local authorities.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Client grants permission for the Company to use non-identifying images from the ceremony for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
